Delivery Information

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is offered on orders above and including €100 only for Ireland.
We have plans to offer free international shipping to all customers in the future. Until then, there is a flat rate fee of €20 for all orders above €150 for shipping to EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK. There is also a flat rate of €30 for all orders above €150 to rest of the Europe.

If your shipping rate seems high, please contact us for more personalized shipping quote.

Packages are generally sent via national post (An Post), but can, at our discretion, be sent via courier.
International packages above 1kg are generally, but not always, sent via courier instead of national post.

If you want your order to be sent via specific courier, please contact us and we will work towards a satisfactory solution.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Dublin City Center. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 07:00 - 20:00 on Monday to Friday and 08:00 - 15:00 Saturday and Sunday (subject to availability).
Please have your order confirmation email and photo ID with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all destinations (subject to availability).

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping to Ireland is usually 1-2 business days.
Shipping to UK usually takes 3-5 business days.
Shipping to EU usually takes 1-2 weeks.
Shipping to rest of the world can take anywhere from 1 week to 5 weeks depending on your location.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TCG Base is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. This means that return shipping cost will be covered by customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
